Heating Instructions: Remove the cover before heating the eye pillow. Lay flat in microwave and heat for 30-45 sec. Test the temperature on the inside of your arm before use.

Cooling Instructions: Remove the cover before cooling the eye pillow. Place the eye pillow in the air tight bag and place it in the refrigerator.

Madef rom 100% Cotton. Filled with cooling flax. Wash in cold water and hang to dry.
